U.S. R115... legit imperf?

Picked up the stamp below from eBay. It was sold as an R115a (sewing machine perf), but I believe it to be an actual imperf, which is not listed in Scott. The margins are too large for it to be a trimmed R115.
I did find a reference to R115 imperforates in the Robert A. Siegel auction results of the Tollman collection from 2006: Linky
A pair of R115 imperforate singles on document sold for $3,750.
I may send this in to PSE to see what they have to say.
Any thoughts?
