1963 Topps Pete Rose Rookie PSA 9

I am a private collector, not a dealer, that has bought PSA graded cards mostly from eBay vs. Memory Lane and other auction houses. There is one card I'm looking for: a Pete Rose rookie in PSA 9.
I know the price of this card, I know what they go for, and I know the population. What I'm looking for is information about anyone that might have one that could be interested in selling--either dealer or private collector.
I realize I'm not much of a poster in this forum and therefore don't have any reputation established here. I have perfect feedback on eBay over 7+ years for what it's worth. But, I'm very serious, and I am prepared to pay. If you have one or know of someone who does that might be interested in selling, please let me know. dan dot pingree at hotmail.
I know there's one going up on Memory Lane, but if possible I'd like to avoid the 17.5% buyers premium. Maybe it's not possible to avoid given the rarity of the card, but it's worth a shot!
