RARE* T C SMYTH *UNOFFICIAL FARTHING*

SCARCE *1821 SURREY 3, KING *UNOFFICIAL FARTHING* WOW

    R. C. Bell wrote the book on these - Unofficial Farthings in the 1960's, thus the reference to their Bell # in the first two listings.

I think I have 1 unofficial farthing in my collection, one of the Issac Earlysman Ironmonger, Bishopsgate London tokens with a hot air balloon.

While these are nice items, my preference is towards lighter shaded coins.
