Great item, I'm missing a Proof Punt from my Irish Typeset, and my MS examples don't look nearly as nice as yours, they're too low in relief and are probably MS62s at best (I picked them up in change in 1999)

I think for the punt they're normally reeded (or engrailed? from catalog)
if they're plain edge they carry a premium (again, from catalog)
Im not sure if they're referring to a specific year of KM27 (I think it's KM27 anyways)
