Isn't David Lange working on a book similar to this?

David Lange's book is called Coin Collecting Boards of the 1930s and 1940s. Here's the URL for his web site http://www.coincollectingboards.com/ He will be presenting at the ANA on this subject and is available to autograph copies.

Lange's book focuses on the origin and early collector boards. The other book is largely lists of coin folders and albums from the 1950s available in Europe.
