How many times each year do they have the 1972-2002 modern $5.00 special? and are they firm that the cards value has to be under $100.00?
the only cards Ive ever sent to psa were the six freebies so I'm still very new at this sorry if these questions have already been asked or answered 100 times...

    From what I've seen they run the $5.00 special 2-3 times a year. Sometimes they mix it up with football only or Tall-boys only. Maybe some of the guys that have been around for a few years could help answer your question.
