2002 Upper Deck Collectors Club-Club Exclusive Football Card 20ct set???

I have what I believe is a 20ct complete set from 2002 Upper Deck Collectors Club-Club Exclusive. The set has the main players of the era-Peyton, Favre, Culpepper, Emmitt Smith, Bettis, etc

However, I can't find a single card on ebay. Does anyone have any info on this set? Was it a retail exclusive? Redeemed for something? I pulled it from one of those $19.95 boxes at Toy R Us, the one's that guarantee a jersey card. ( I was shopping for stuff for the kid, and got desperate) The set was loose, not in anything recognizable. Here's a pic from the front of one, and back of another.

Any idea on pricing would be helpful, thanks folks

Big Beckett sez' $25.00 for the set with Favre & Emmitt leading the back at $4.00 each. The set was available to Collector Club members only from UD directly (members could chose only one sport) and included either a Manning or Vick jersey card with it.
