A compliment to PSA.

Just got back my review submission. On the cards that didn't bump, they attached sticky notes with the reasons why ("corners", "centering", etc.) I have to say I appreciate PSA doing this. It's the kind of personal touch and an attempt to help their customers that PSA has not done for years. I hope they keep doing it, because whether you agree with their opinion or not it will help make us all better self-graders.

I've read a lot of comments from people that would lead me to believe that you aren't the only one that should find this helpful. Thanks for sharing and kudos to PSA for trying to make the experience better for their customers.

I sent in a review about a year ago and received the same sticky notes that pointed to a corner or border. So I am not sure that this is a new policy for PSA.

    Glad to hear Ron.

No company on the planet is perfect - it's always gonna be something.

    It's a good company overall.

That's reminds me - my son works for USAA insurance - a private carrier for military/military related members - rated #1 in the nation for customer care.

  • Anybody else receiving these notes ? Good job PSA !
  • I didn't on the Favre that I just got back that was deemed "trimmed" but I've got explanations on higher end cards that I've sent in to be crossed over.

As a submitter, a sticky is great. As a buyer, though, I'd really appreciate that this type of info be included with the cert verification.
