I think Dan Briggs is the new runner-up for the Mike Sciossia Look-a-like contest

The Carlton, if it were a gradeable card, would come back from PSA "min size req". I don't think you've been had, though, as wax trays are virtually impossible to tamper with, and several of these cards look mint to gem mint and pack fresh to the naked eye.

Wow--Gary's starting a "new" bar top.

How'd that last one work out? So many people were interested. Are we doing the Nationals this year?

Did you know that a zebra with its stripes painted white , would still be a zebra and not a stallion, no matter how much paint you used?

  • << <i>Why is the Kusick card so much bigger than the Carlton? Actually many of the cards look to be all over the place as far as size goes.

Did you scan them individually and then past the scans together?? Or does the '79's cut vary like that? >>

the scans were not pasted together. the sizes are off. some are huge. i haven't had time to thoroughly inspect them for grade-ability yet. my first glance saw a few 9's at least.

I just wanted to mention to the Ozzie Smith collector that there is a '96 Mirror Blue currently on Ebay.

"it takes mounds of evidence to pass through my prosecutors desk....i got about 3/4's of a mound so far... "

Now that sounds like a cool and interesting job !

You must get a lot of satisfaction getting those guys !

Seeing all the scams out there , I can definitley see in my minds eye a huge pile of stuff on your desk , that's for sure .

Good luck in doing what you do Mr. Fandango .

    As for the wrappers ?

Why would anyone want the wrappers from the baseball cards unless they had bad intentions , I mean geeezis even if you do it, you're actually going to announce it and be proud of something like that ?

You're going to take some unsuspecting hard working persons money like that , when you know damn well you're robbing them ?

    What a guy !

<< <i>What is the comment above all about?????????????? I don't know what you paid for that tray but in my opinion you were "HAD" >>

    Wow.

    That wasn't very nice.

Scott - ripped for the enjoyment and yes - it's a little gamble - of course - he was hoping for a nice Oz - that's half the fun.

You're gonna tell me you've never bought packs on a whim? A gamble?

    Shameful.

Agree 100% with stone. As they say, though, consider the source...

just shows what a sad man you are Gary Dackett...you know you are despised, hated, and vilified on these boards (deservedly), yet you cant help but remain here! that is so sad! do you have anything positive in your life, or is it all about deceit, cheating and robbing people?

its no wonder you have no wife, kids or family....who would want to spend time with you? you are truly sad and i hope you find the help you need...maybe if you went to church it may help you.....otherwise i think your life may spiral into an endless abyss (if your not there already) >>

New here, but this person perhaps has been given over to a depraved mind if he comes back here after cheating people.
Sad if that's true, but sometimes these people can not find repentance, even though they know they need it. It's kind of like they
know they're sick, but they can't find the help they need. They'll never find the cure to their sickness, and that's a sad, sad situation
for anyone to be in. Good luck dude.
