1870 Espana 5 Pesetas

Picked this up at a coin show, I think its Spanish philippines. Am I correct?

Any thoughts on grade an value would be much appreciated.

Spain proper I believe, not Philippines. F-VF for grade (F obverse, VF reverse).

CP is right, it's Spain. Also, the reverse could probably get an XF40 at PCGS, but that obverse is definitely a Fine, in my opinion.

Small pictures, but at least VF30 details IMO. I assume it's netted down for the scratch on the reverse?

As per the vendor:

EF. Peripheral toning, probably cleaned previously. Light scratch and a struck-through fibre error on reverse.
