The auction on 4/20 and the one that sold in December are the same coin, there's a distinctive dark spot on the front of the vest among other markers. Someone must have liked it for a 65 and resubmitted it, as the holder number is different. It also looks like it picked up a sticker between December and April.
I agree that I see the faintest bump of a mintmark on the other coin, but it is a much nicer looking 64.

I think the 4/21 coin was recently in another auction too, but I can't recall which one.
