3 new college football bowl games proposed

Do we really need three more college football bowl games? apparently someone thinks we do, proposed but not yet approved by
the NCAA Licensing Subcommittee are:

Congressional Bowl - Army or Navy vs. Atlantic Coast Conference at Nationals Park

St. Petersburg Bowl - Big East vs. Conference USA at Tropicana Field

Rocky Mountain Bowl - Mountain West vs. Western Athletic at Utah's Rice-Eccles Stadium in Salt Lake City

    those 3 games should be after the first week of Jan. and be played by the top 4 teams.
