Shipping supplies: "sort of sticky" "sort of cardboard"

I've been looking around for rolls or sheets of that "sort of sticky sort of cardboard" stuff that coins are often put in before they are stuffed in envelopes. I know I'm not really describing the stuff very well, but I'm give it a shot. The material seems to consist of two pieces of cardboard that have some chemical on them that causes the two sheets of cardboard to stick together, but not to anything else.

I just got a $20 US saint back from PCGS this morning and it was inside of the sticky-cardboard, then inside the usual stiff cardboard mailer.

I've been asking at my local post office stations and Staples, but no one seems to know where to purchase the stuff.

Do any of you folks know where to buy this? I'm hoping it comes in like 100 foot rolls or something like that.

Thanks,

Bob
