Looking for reprints - help

Not what you think.

Still putting together some displays for the remodeled basement. I have a nice wall display that will hold 5 rows of 8-10 cards. I'd like to find a place where I can get reprints of the classic cards. mantle rookies, goudy's, etx. Obviously, I'm not going to display the real thing (even if I had them), so reprints would definetly do.

I'm a seller on e-bay, and the last thing I want to do is buy reprints with my account. No - I'm not looking to resell anything as authintic. heck - I'll take reprints with a big-old REPRINT stamped on the front. I'm not trying to pass the display off as the real thing, and I don't think anyone who comes by to visit would think they're real anyways. Just thought it would be a cool looking piece.

So - besides e-bay, anyone have any to sell?

I don't have a lot of them to offer but fritsch's in wisconsin sells them as sets halfway cheap. Then you get nice looking ones and get to pick the ones you want.

    Thanks for the link.

I did a little research and think I have decided to pick up one of the 1996 Topps Mantle reprint sets.

I'm going to make a post on the BST.
