2008 Pats Strength of Schedule ...

JackWESQJackWESQ Posts: 2,133 ✭✭✭
In retrospect, I wish the Pats would have gone 19-0. But no. That said, I saw that the Pats have the easiest strength of schedule for the 2008 season, and it's not even close. My 49ers have no chance of making the playoffs, much less winning the Super Bowl, so I'm already hopeing for a 19-0 season ... or a 0-16 season by ... anyone.

By the way, below is the quick run down (Team; Opponent's Win %; Wins; Losses).

Little consolation. Looking forward to another SanDiego smackdown though.

If they go on another extended winning streak what happened last year will be brought up time and again, if they lose early
in the season then that will most likely be the end of it.

the AFC East sucks, that is much of the low rating. I hope NE loses a couple so they don't have a "streak" haunting them all year.

We all know the league is in bed with the Patsies...tuck rule, destroying the Jets practice tapes, two years in a row of soft schedules. I mean
real teams beat the best and destroy the rest.

Bucs own 08, so you can all stand in line for 09!

that's cool, Superbowl is in 09...your team can own the regular season (like NE last year), and NE can own the playoffs (like the Giants earlier this year)

"Real" teams beat the best of the best?
Let's see who the Bucs beat in 07; Saints, Rams, Panthers, Titans, Cards, Falcons, Redskins, Saints, Falcons.
All I see are a bunch of teams with some of the "best" picks next week.

I'm shocked but I think the Chiefs have a legitimate shot at winning 8-9 games this year. 2 games against Denver & Oakland help, then add the Falcons, Jets, Bills, Dolphins & Bengals and it looks like a schedule even this team could be successful against.

I'm predicting a 9-7 or 10-6 season for the Patriots with the possibility that they won't make the playoffs...or they will be a first round playoff loser.
