Think these would get bumped?

Looking for opinions on if the following would deserve a bump. Thanks in advance for your input!

All three have great centering which, as I understand, is one of the biggest criteria for the .5 jump. If I owned these three cards, I would definately give each a shot.

#1 & #3 look like they may have a good shot - though nobody really knows what will bump yet.

In my opinion, the Clemente should definitely bump. The Mays cards both have a tilt (the 59 moreso)...but the corners and edges look nice based on the scan.

In the end, based on what I've seen, it's all....

Through other's trials we have seen that strong corners are getting more bump consideration than centering.

For these three cards I would say submit the Clemente, but neither of the Mays cards mostly because each has a slight tilt to it.

Forgot to add my opinions on these 3:

Clemente: I think this has the best chance to bump but there is a little bit of print in the upper right corner. I'm going to submit this one regardless and I remember hoping for a 9 when I submitted it years ago.

'60 Mays: was worrried about the tilt and the left side of the card (in the slab, it's the bottom) has a bit of a rough cut

'59 Mays: tilt and there is a little yellow spotting on the edge of the red coloring (bottom left corner)

Thanks for the input so far!
  • I say all 3 will at least get 8.5's, but who knows, maybe one will come back a 9???

I don't think any of them will bump. Though I think that Clemente is beautiful.

Worth a shot probably on all of them, but I think the PD on the top right of Clemente keeps it from bumping.

Mays AS - Edges and bottom left corner

Mays AS (59) - PD on the bottom edge
