I have found power in the mysteries of thought.

It is always a question of knowing and seeing, and not that of believing.

Our virtues, and our failings are inseparable, like force, and matter. When they separate, man is no more.

I don't but I would love to get one, especially a Valentinian.

Mid-Byzantine silver coins normally aren't too expensive, but those of this particular emperor are quite scarce.

There is one listed on Wildwinds which sold for $3500 in 2005, and a holed one listed on CoinArchives which sold for $1200 in 2006.

My only Byzantine silver is from slightly later, an aspron trachy of Manuel I, c. 1143-1180.
Waste no more time arguing what a good man should be. Be one.

Apparently I have been awarded one DPOTD. B)
