Centering Templates

Would anyone have a site or way to help old eyes determine centering in regards to the PSA guidelines.

My vision is pretty shaky from years of diabetes, so I bought a good high resolution scanner. I scan the card and get a large view on my screen. Then I use jruler to measure the borders.

If you download the jruler it's very easy to use. Then just divide your border by total border and you'll know centering. PSA has the requirements they usually use here.
