Evan Longoria-

Lets say this kid flops and never makes it in the pros. Where would he rank in the list of flops in baseball and/or baseball cards?

BTW- I like the kid and hope he has a HOF career, i just think the hype is a little crazy at this point.

Its funny how these kids get so much hype, I remember Rocco Baldelli being hyped up and look where he is at. Always got to be cautious with these guys none of them are "Cant miss" IMO

There was a sign at one of the Rays games last year that said: "Baldelli is Italian for 'Body of Glass'". People around him had mixed reviews about it but most laughed. I'm thankful for Baldelli not panning out though, because BJ Upton would never have been a very good major leaguer if they left him at SS.

EDIT: Just figured I'd share that Longoria went 1-3 with an RBI last night.

Drop the "n" and he turns into Tony Parker's wife:

I wonder how many times he's heard that one? I'd say at least 5 times a day.

He went 1-3 again today and the Rays beat the O's. (sorry baseballfan). Jeff Niemann allowed 1 ER in 6 innings in his major league debut and BJ Upton bombed a 3 run shot.
