    I think you're correct. image

Top one is Birmingham Mining & Copper Co, Seated female / stork on cornuciopia type, 1793, D&H Warwickshire #114 to 116.

Bottom one is Coventry, Lady Godiva / Elephant type, 1793, D&H Warwickshire #238 to 245.

My little guidebook to British tokens seems to imply that all the ones dated 1793 for both of these types are probably contemporary counterfeits.

    Thanks for letting me know.
I changed the title and pushed it up to find out if they are authentic.

The meaning of life ? I don't know but I am sure that coins have something to do with it.

Both designs are commonly available and can be found relatively cheaply. As Sapyx stated there are a number of varieties for both of these designs - some of which are rarer than others, but both have varieties that are very common.

In these conditions the first might be worth a few dollars the second a bit more (maybe $10-20) due to its popular design.

Last I looked Josh at Civitas Galleries had a few conder tokens. Cheapside Tokens on VCions is also a very well known dealer in conder tokens.

I received them in the mail today.
    What do you think?
They appear to me to both be dated 1793 does this carry any additional value?

The first is catalogued by Dalton & Hamer in their book The Provincial Token-Coinage of the 18th Century as Warwickshire 116. The obverse is definitely that of #116 but the reverse matches more closely that of #115. You might want to ask Conder101 across the street to look at your pictures. The issue is where the end of the cornucopia is in relation to the downstroke of the B in PAYABLE.
There are 3 edge varieties for D&H #116:
    116: BIRMINGHAM LIVERPOOL OR LONDON
    116a: BIRM LIVERPOOL OR LONDON
116b: Plain (not struck in collar)
116 is common, 116a is rare and 116b is scarce.

The second is catalogued as Warwickshire 242. This has 6 edge varieties.
242: PAYABLE IN BEDWORTH HINKLEY OR NUNEATON
242a: PAYABLE AT BEDWORTH NUNEATON OR HINKLEY
242b: PAYABLE AT NUNEATON BEDWORTH OR HINKLEY
242c: PAYABLE AT NUNEATON ||| HINKLEY ||| OR ||| BEDWORTH
242d: PAYABLE AT LONDON OR ANGLESEY
242e: PAYABLE AT I. FIELDINGS MANCHESTER
242e is RRR, 242c and d is R, and the others are common.

Thank you very much for the info.
It appears that the first one is a 116
and the second one is 242b.

So I would have some very common but neat tokens.image
