Not sure, but being a QB nowadays takes a lot of smarts to run these complex offenses in the NFL.

Golf. Players not only have to keep their own score so they can verify and sign their scorecard after each round (if they sign an incorrect scorecard, they're penalized), they also have to know all the miniscule rules so if they commit a rule violation during their round, they can call themselves on it and avoid an even bigger penalty.
