Darksiders - I have a question- NEED HELP

I have a friend who has a bit of intersting items- from a friend of his who passed away on 3/31 from cancer.
One item in particular was a 10 centavo from 1893- I did a quick search and can't find didly on it. the coin IMO is probably a vf-xf condition- have no clue to its value but I found it to be interesting. Any ideas?
Thanks for your help.

"Centavo" is a denomination used by many Spanish-speaking countries. If you can't figure out the country from the face of the coin, then we really need a picturel.

<< <i>If Mexican - it's a very tough question without knowing the mint. It could be Alamos (mintage: 70,000), Chihuahua (246,000), Durango (257,000), Guadalajara (225,000), Guanajuato (389,000), Hermosillo (67,000), Mexico City (310,000), Potosi (47,000) and Zacatecas (1,011,000). >>
I forgot to mention that it is Mexican, but how do I tell from which mint did the strike?
It's not a MS example- just trying to find a bit more info on it. Other than Krause, where can I look this up via the net (ebay didi not have one listed yesterday)?
Thanks for your help Two Kopeiki (polish?)
The mint-mark can be found right above the denomination, followed by the assayer initial and fineness (.9027).
On the image below, the mint is Ch (Chihuahua):
