OT: receiving CC payments

Any decent ways to receive credit card payments other than Paypal and google checkout?

Either of those services is by far the easiest to manage. Unless you are doing mid four figures in credit card sales a month don't bother getting your own account.

You can get your own account through several sources including your own bank, but they will screw you over for things like statement fees, minimum transactions, and the real rip, the cost of the transaction terminal (usually leased for $49-100 a month - cost to bank about $99).

If you are a Costco executive member you can get a decent deal on their credit card services, probably the only one I would recommend that I've had experience with.
  • That is what I figured.

I am not ready to get my own account at this point. I do a modest amount per month (less than $2000). I am hoping there is a service out there that I can offer to customers for larger purchases, who want to pay with their CC

It is currently the best deal.

BUT, PP is best for tiny volume on EBAY.
