Fraud on eBay?

What do you folks think of the description here: Fraud-Link

Should this seller be reported? Are these fakes being misrepresented?

Where's the misrepresentation in saying right at the start of the description that restrikes are restrikes? Sometimes I think forum members are just a tad bit too anal retentive about EBay listings.

Besides, who wants to kill a listing that includes the line "They are in circulated condition, but clean-up beautifully with SILVER cleaner/polish"? image

It is always a question of knowing and seeing, and not that of believing.

Our virtues, and our failings are inseparable, like force, and matter. When they separate, man is no more.

  • Hmmmnnn............ A total feedback of (1)..................Must have been booted and magically appeared under another name would be my guess. I think everyone know's that a loophole is all in the contract language. The difference is all in how it's been stated. We all know the coin's are "Suspected Junk" and if you don't..... Well, You need to read your book's a little closer. Beside's i've never had any luck with Fleabay. He doe's state that he's not sure of anything about the coin's.image That would be my excuse if i needed one.....

Was in SF last weekend. A friend was in town and wanted to see the Golden Gate Bridge. Stopped at Pier 39 for a late lunch. Said Friend wanted to pick up a tee shirt as a souvenir. So we stopped at a Souvenir shop. It sold all the usual tourist stuff. On the counter was a box of cast Asian coin replicas ($0.99 each). Apparently the replica market is alive and well.
