Anyone notice Pujols' MONSTER Shrinkage?

He looks significantly smaller than past years.

So basically my kid won't be able to go to college, but at least I'll have a set where the three most expensive cards are of a player I despise ~ CDsNuts

    Then please enlighten me and explain where all of his weight went.

    I'm guessing he lost at least 30 pounds, maybe 50.

    He must have went on the same 'diet' that Jeff Bagwell went on.

    In all seriousness, I said to many people last year that he looked chunky and that he needed to lose weight. He didn't look muscle bound at all last year, he looked like he had eaten a few to many cheeseburgers. This year, he looks more like 2001 to 2006. I have a few highlight clips from 04 and 05 and he looks identical to this year.

    I'm not going to go on a "Take up for Pujols" campaign. You brought up the weight issue. I was just simply stating that I noticed it last year and said something about it. When I saw him in spring training, I said, "good, he is back to his regular playing weight."

    No, you're right. It was just crazy to see him so "skinny" (in relative terms).

    I just had to give some grief for what he did last night.

    He can suck like a hoover for all I care, he's someone else's problem now and I'm very happy with Bourn.

    i agree in 2 ways....Bourn is a stud, especially in ROTO leagues.....and yes, its a good spoof (for a texan)
