Who is on a 1967 College football cover

Can anyne tell me who is on a 1967 Street and Smith's College Football magazine. I beleive they had a few different covers. The player I am lookin for is holding a gold helmet and wearing a light blue shirt with the number 89.

    Terry Hanratty? He had ND gold helmet and blue shirt, was a star in 1967, but I think not #89.

    I believe Hanratty was number "9"
    Jim Seymour 85 and Allan Page 88
