Does anyone own any George C Millers?

Just looking at the Mastro auction online, the George C Millers sure seem underrated vs Delongs, Tattoo Orbits, and the more mainstream Diamond Star and Goudey sets from the 30's.

George C Miller set

Do you think if there were more available in high grade, you'd hear more about them?

It seems like theres a high percentage of them that look good visually, they look at least VG or EX, but they grade lower, in the 20's or 30's in SGC.

In this set, 18 cards are graded good or fair/poor, but only 8 cards look really banged up.

Does anyone own any or any stories to share?

They are a whole lot tougher to find and a lot more expensive than any of the cards you cited. I"m sure they'd be a lot more popular if they were more available.
Andrews is really tough, and good luck ever seeing a wrapper.

Always looking for Topps Salesman Samples, pre '51 unopened packs, E90-2, E91a, N690 Kalamazoo Bats, and T204 Square Frame Ramly's

You see a lot of them cancelled with either a diamond shaped hole punch or I believe with the bottom part of the card cut off.

The Ivy Andrews card was either not included or incredibly short printed to keep people from making complete sets, if you sent a complete set you got a prize (baseball mitt?). People complained and the Ivy Andrews cards showed up.

Really nice cards, pretty hard to find. I'd be happy to have a dizzy dean that was uncancelled or at worst had the bottom cut off.
