Help On New PSA Submission Status Info

Hello all--

I recently renewed my membership and sent in an invoice. This is my first experience with the new submission status page. As such, I have a few questions.

My current order shows its received date and denotes it is "Ok." If you click on the invoice, I get a message that it is still being processed. My questions from there:

1. Since it is labeled ok, am I to assume everything is in fact "ok" with the check in?

2. Will I get a message besides "ok" when my cards actually reach the grading room?

3. Once the grades are posted, will the message change to something else besides "ok," and if so, to what?

Thanks in advance for answering my basic questions.

My experience has been that the invoice will read "OK" until the grades pop. Frustrating as it is, it gives me something to look forward to hoping to catch the grades before the email arrives saying that the grades have been posted and that the invoice is being shipped.

    Ok is a good thing.

    Shipped is even better.

Thank you all for the responses. All of you were very helpful.

I like what PSA is doing here but hope they do more. I was hoping I could get more detailed information than what was received in the past (i.e., "in grading"; "in encapsulation"; etc.). I do hope PSA will consider that in the future. It would be great to have more specificity of where your cards are at in the grading process.

I'd like that to, but something tells me it won't happen. I think that once they start grading your cards the process goes pretty quickly. So you'd have "waiting on shelf" for 44 days and then in one day you'd have a flurry of activity that would probably be way too time consuming for them to update every few minutes.
