Maurice Tiberius (582-602 A.D.) Gold solidus. 4.4g, 20mm. Constantinople mint.

Maurice Tiberius was an excellent military officer. During his reign he used diplomatic means to bring peace with the Persians. The western part of the empire saw a reuniting of control over much of Italy, Sicily and North Africa, but the Balkans proved to be his downfall. He lost territory and Balkan peninsula, and this led to a military revolt. In turn Phocas took over as emperor. Maurice Tiberius and his two sons fled Constantinople, but where caught and slain a month or so later.

and an error:

1967 Bahamas 2 Cent MULE w/New Zealand Rev - NGC MS-64

Interesting multiple error.
As well as being a mule, in this case a coin made up from two different sides from two different countries, it is also from two different denominations. 2 Cents reverse of standard NZ coinage, but it has a Bahamas 5 Cents obverse. It is also in a way an off metal error as the Bahamas 5 Cents is a Copper-Nickel coin.
