2c Washington booklet

Hi there,im looking at getting this mint booklet of 2c 1917 flat printing.
what i guess im asking is whats it worth.Its complete 4 pgs x 6 stamps.
booklet has written on front #634.so im abit lost whether its 1917 0r 1927.
theirs so many diff variables
