1999 statehood quarter rolls would you open and cherrypick?

I have about 20 rolls each of the 5 statehood quarters from 1999. I have been searching sales for these rolls and some are just doubled and tripled in price.
Would you take a chance of cherry picking say the Georgia statehood quarters? Ms 68's are what $4k a coin? Or do you think it is a better tactic to give true value of a ms68 coin and sell the roll as such?
