What is the Jeton resource book?

I have a France Normandy 1707 in Silver with Louis XIV from the city of Rouen.

It's a nice VF and came from Alan Berman...any idea of value?

I know these earlier Jetons in Silver are much harder to find...

Jetons are very interesting... I really do not know of any easily available references in English.
