Yes there is a rule. But notice one thing. These price change daily. That is why the prices along with the title and or date changes. I can sell. But I'd rather not sell retail on here considering I am doing wholesale only to certain dealers. I will not say to whom I am dealing with. I am also looking for a 1909-D $5 Indian willing to pay bid plus $5.00 for an AU and or UNC coin. Slabbed NGC or PCGS will work. Nothing over MS62
