Why doesn't my 1693 Leopold look like Heritages' Hog Mouth?

Why doesn't mine look like the one that sold at Heritage?
His hair extends higher up towards the top of the obverse. The back tie for his hair is different and the curls in general look different.
And, on the reverse there are circles around the eagles head
Is this typical or maybe there were different dies?
Or are they just different coins?
Any help to explain the differences would be very helpful.
