    Repunched digits in the date are not real unusual- I'd suspect there is probably minimal additional value there. Catalog value is as follows:

    KM111 1819 Mo JJ 8R

    F- $35
    VF- $50
    XF- $90

    I agree. Seems to have a re-punched "1", as well.
