That's certainly a sweet coin.
I was going to say MS-60. I don't see the scratch either.

Are they maybe talking about that squiggle under the eagle's wingpit? If so, sheesh.
MS66 taste on an MS63 budget.

Probably not. For now we'll let her nap in her new NCS slab unless someone buys her but she might appear at the FUN sale ( one of them
