After 1838, all dates in the series have drapery at elbow, except 1845-O and some 1869-S, which lack the Drapery from overpolishing of the dies.

That portion of the drapery is often polished down some or completely away on different years. So I'd not be surprised if there are some 1875 varieties with the drapery lapped somewhat. I own a 1871-s half with NO drapery present. It's 100% gone along with half the mint mark. This from overzealous polishing/lapping.

Technically, all half dollars after 1839 have drapery, but many dates/mints had the drapery polished off so I have an 1861-O without drapery, but it still counts as with drapery.
