The new specials aren't new:

PSA Collectors Club Grading Special
$12 per card - No Minimum Quantity Required.
Turnaround time is approx. 10 business days.
Special is valid for Sports & Non Sports Cards at $12 ea for cards valued under $500.
(March special extended through April)

PSA Set Registry Grading Special
1972-2002 Modern Special - $5 each
N10 Card Minimum Quantity Required
Turnaround time varies with demand (approx. 45 days)
Special is for Modern Sports and Non Sports Cards, Tallboys, Coins, and Pins only.
