Planchet Flaw - Body Bag-able?

Curious, I was nosing through the public submissions and saw this ONE. When does a planchet flaw keep a coin from grading? I'm assuming this means it was bagged, but why not error attribute it if it otherwise meets the standards of that coin?

It may have been slabbed as a Mint Error?

A click on the "cert number" shows that the coin was not graded.
I decided to change calling the bathroom the John and renamed it the Jim. I feel so much better saying I went to the Jim this morning.

Coins do sometimes get bagged if a planchet flaw is too severe.

Planchet flaws must get submitted as Mint Errors if the submitter wishes the coin to be slabbed. The coin in posted link was body bagged because the submitter did not submit it as a Mint Error.
