1969 Topps stamps and albums

I can't seem to get a clear answer on these items. Where they released as inserts in the regular wax packs in the base topps series that year. Or where they released as their own standalone product.

I always remembered them being inserts but now I see Stamps empty wrappers on ebay.

    On their own, in packs. The packs aren't tough to find, and relatively inexpensive.

    The 4 in 1 stickers were their own issue as well. I haven't scanned the pack yet, but it was the standard topps test pack wrapper- white paper with a sticker laid on.

    Always looking for Topps Salesman Samples, pre '51 unopened packs, E90-2, E91a, N690 Kalamazoo Bats, and T204 Square Frame Ramly's
