I noticed this 1799 dollar on ebay, graded by PCGS; or is it? I personally don't know enough about these 18th century dollars to be able to spot a fake 100% of the time.
but being that the seller is a pawn shop and his other auctions are the usual assortment of motorcycles, air compressors and vacuums, it raised a red flag. If the coin/slab is real, maybe he stumbled onto it or took it in pawn. If it is fake, then we may see a new outlet for these things: pawnshops
