Says he bought them all in 1999. Someone should write him and say that they are an IRS agent who is tracking the auctions which have the biggest taxable gains, and that he will "be in touch" after the conclusion of the auctions.

Requires PayPal, not a Power Seller. Advantage: buyer. Open in the presence of postal supervisor to make sure you're getting what you should.
