Does PCGS Do Reholdering At Coin Shows

When PCGS goes to coin shows to do on-site grading, does anyone know if they also do reholdering?

Sincerely,
Chris

I don't know the answer for sure but I seriously doubt it. They are way too busy doing $100 walk thrus to spend time on $5 reholders.

Yes they do. I had a coin reholdered by PCGS at the last Long Beach show. They charged me $10, but they gave me the box.

  • Flash,

How long did it take them to reholder your coin?

If I remember correctly, you have to have it submitted for reholdering no later than noon, and pick up after 5pm. Not positive on that, but its close.

  • Are you required to give them your membership number, or do they look it up on a computer?

They don't care if you have a membership number. If you have the money to pay for the service, you can submit at the show.
