Avatar (my ebay world) next to feedback??

If you have ever clicked on a member's feedback, it opens up and you'll see that headshot outline or whatever you want to call it.
I just click on one, and it's shows the Edmonton Oiler's logo which I thought was cool.

Anyone know how this works? I'm searching right now as I type
this.
