When did PSA start placing the grade number underneath the written grade instead on next to it? Was it when they started the half grade deal?

    Although it appears the last couple weeks of the old grading system, got the new labels.
    Collecting PSA graded Steve Young, Marcus Allen, Bret Saberhagen and 1980s Topps Cards.
    Raw: Tony Gonzalez (low #'d cards, and especially 1/1's) and Steve Young.
