Some might be interested in a few projected stats for the forthcoming 2008 season.
We all have our own thoughts, usually flavored with home team enthusiasm.
Baseball Prospectus, a well known organization, specializes in BB stats. They have made a computerized analysis of each players' expected performance, playing a full season as a starter. Here's some;
2008 BA champ Mags Ordonez .333
2008 HR leader Ryan Howard 51
2008 RC best David Ortiz 147
Also interesting is that Barry Bonds was projected to bat .256 with 36 HRs, if any team would use him !
