Anyone every buy from adren1144 on eBay?

I won two auctions. One was for a roll of 1943 pennies in cruddy condition, and the other was for 25 "nice" steel pennies. I received a package with the roll of pennies earlier this week, but not the "nice" ones. I sent an e-mail to the seller on Tuesday asking if the other coins were being sent separately. As of today, they haven't answered, and I noticed in MyEbay that he indicates they were sent in one package.

I just sent the seller another e-mail. I'm not sure what I can even do. After all, he can claim that the two auctions were sent in one package, and I DID receive a package. I'd be less concerned about it being an honest mistake, except that the seller hasn't responded to my message after four days.

Any advice? It's only $25, but the principal is pissing me off.

  • Open up a dispute on the Ebay Dispute Console for item not as received. (You must do this within 60 days of winning the auction). Seller is required to participate. Ebay is the final arbiter of the dispute. It may not go your way, but at least you've some sane avenue of recourse and it keeps the dispute out of the slinging insults at each other's feedback.

    Best of luck,

The guy actually responded this morning. So it looks like it was an honest mistake, although why he ignored my earlier request...

But, yeah, if he doesn't send 'em, I'll open a dispute with eBay.
