Mike, Thank you for your offer. I have been very busy answering all of the replies to this thread. As you can see, the response has been overwhelming. I have decided to purchase a summer home on Marthas Vineyard. I was hoping the sale of this lot would be a nice down payment. While your offer was generous, I will have to decline. I am anticipating I will get enough money from the sale to put 50% down on the house. I will keep you in mind, but I feel if I am patient, the right offer will come my way. I just dont want to settle on the first offer I get. Thanks for your time.
