2500 miles, breakfast, and two coins....

Wednesday Night at 6:30 I fly out of Dallas/Fort Worth to Los Angeles. Arrive and take a $50 cab ride downtown to Kyoto Grand Hotel. Get up, eat and walk over (3-4 blocks) to the Criminal Courts Building. Two detectives greet me and inform me that the defense attorney was taken to the hospital that night so no court......

Back to the hotel, check out, $50 cab ride, noon flight home.

Now the coin part....

Went to get a soda out of a vending machine at LAX and found TWO SBA's in the return coin slot.

So I guess the trip wasn't a total loss....

I used to be somebody, now I'm just a coin collector.
Recipient of the coveted "You Suck" award, April 2009 for cherrypicking a 1833 CBHD LM-5, and April 2022 for a 1835 LM-12, and again in Aug 2012 for picking off a 1952 FS-902.

    I decided to change calling the bathroom the John and renamed it the Jim. I feel so much better saying I went to the Jim this morning.

    My roots are in Utah, we just moved here to DFW area a year ago, and have another year maybe two here. Then back to the little homestead in St George, UT

    But its not Utah! Its a little farther east!
    I decided to change calling the bathroom the John and renamed it the Jim. I feel so much better saying I went to the Jim this morning.
