Hi Barndog -- That's a good idea! I actually found one there for 22.50 plus shipping before I posted here -- I'm just wondering if anybody around here has an old copy they want to shake loose. Of course, I'm willing to pay board members here prices competitive with Amazon as well! In any event, the link is appreciated. --John
